If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 60 days of purchase and we will refund (minus any shipping charges) it for you for free (exclusions apply). All we ask is that the product you are returning is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it in and in the original box or packaging.
**Return Policy Exclusions: At this time we cannot accept returns for food, treats, bedding, litter, litter boxes, dietary supplements and dog & cat houses. However, if there is a recall or any of these items are defective upon arrival, please Contact Us and we will work with you on the return. Many of our local shelters and rescues can benefit from these products. If they are in good condition and donated to your local shelter or rescue, we would be happy to issue a STORE CREDIT that you can use on a future purchase with proof of your donation.
To return your items, simply Contact Us via email and we will provide you with a free return label. Please make sure you indicate your order number, along with the items you wish to return and the reason for the return in your email to us.

Exchanges: Yes, you do have the option to exchange an item instead of returning it for a refund. There is $6.99 shipping fee for any exchanges under $49. Exchanges over $49 ship for free.
Refused Delivery: If for any reason your order is refused upon delivery and returned to us we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
