  1. I am looking for a particular size, style or color of an item and I do not see it available on your website?

Please feel free to contact us if you are looking for a particular size, style or color of an item, we would be happy to look into it for you.

  1. I just got a new dog or cat and I don’t where to start or what to get?

Whether you want to just start with a just few basic items or go all out for your new pet, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we would be happy to help you select the best items to help your puppy or kitty get off to a good start.

  1. Do you have a catalog?

No. We want to limit our paper use, so we only have a virtual catalog

  1. How can I contact you?

You can contact us via email, telephone or text, just click on the Contact Us link, and we would be happy to help you with any questions you might have.

  1. Once I contact you via email, how long will it take to get a response?

All of your questions are very important to us and you will receive a response within 24 hours or less. If you are pending an email reply from us and haven't received a response, please check your spam folder and add us to your list of accepted email addresses. From time to time, depending on your settings, our emails will go straight to your spam folder. 

  1. Do you offer gift certificates or gift cards?

Yes, we offer electronic gift cards and paper gift certificates, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page and we can provide you more information on how to purchase them.

Payment Information

  1. Do you accept International Credit Cards, Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?

Jemma’s Natural Pet Boutique does accept International Credit Cards, but only for items shipping to Canada. Orders will need to be placed over the phone. We do not accept Cashier’s Checks and Money Order’s at this time.

  1. Do you charge sales tax?

Jemma’s Natural Pet Boutique, LLC is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California.

  1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, Jemma’s Natural Pet Boutique understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.

  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Jemma’s Natural Pet Boutique currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Order Status

  1. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped right away and may not always be possible to change or cancel.

  1. What is the status of my order?

Orders are filled within 1 business day. From time to time an item will be out of stock and if an item from your order happens to be out of stock, we will notify you and ship the other items in your order immediately. We will then proceed with shipping the back ordered item once it arrives.

  1. What if an item will be out of stock for more than 3 business day?

We will notify you if an item will be out of stock for a longer than normal period of time. At that time we will inquire whether or not you would still like us to send you the item or issue a refund.



Shipping Questions

  1. What do you charge for standard shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 to the 48 continuous states. Orders under $49 are charged a $6.99 flat rate fee. Additional shipping charges apply to packages going to Alaska & Hawaii.

  1. Can I expedite my order to Hawaii or Alaska?

We cannot expedite packages to Alaska & Hawaii at this time.

       3. Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship to Canada at this time.

       4. How are orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii?
Packages are shipped via USPS to Alaska & Hawaii

       5. Are there any shipping restrictions to Alaska & Hawaii?
Yes, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska &Hawaii due to weight or size

       6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped we will email you a tracking number. 

       7. How long will it take for my to receive my order?
It will takes an average of 3 to 5 business days for you to receive your package. It will take 10 to 14 business days for packages to arrive in Alaska & Hawaii

       8. I accidentally placed my order with normal delivery time, but I need it sooner, what do I do?
Please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will advise you what options are available to get your package to you sooner.

       9. Will I have to sign for my package?
Signatures upon delivery will be required for orders totaling over $500
